Williamstown, Mass. -- Aug. 1, 1996 -- Clickshare Corp. said it hired W.J. Drummey & Associates of Andover, Mass., to search for a chief executive officer experienced at technology startups.
The Clickshare Access and Payment Service for the Internet enables user registration and authentication, micropayments, audience measurement, personalization and intranet-access management with single-ID and password simplicity.

Densmore said Clickshare's founders and initial shareholders are looking for a CEO candidate who will build a management team, help secure first-stage financing, helpo determine the company's headquarters location and accelerate Clickshare's growth through alliances with publishers, audience owners and technical partners.
